How Do I Sign Up For Delivery Service?

You can sign up on-line using the sign-up form or if you prefer things "old school" you can call and talk to a live person.

How Does The Free Delivery Service Work?

Our service is designed to be incredibly easy and user-friendly. After signing up, we will visit your home twice a week to collect any dirty laundry and deliver your clean garments. We even provide custom garment bags to store your dirty laundry, as well as a door hook to return your freshly cleaned items. It's a hassle-free solution for all your laundry needs.

How Do I Know if I'm In Your Delivery Service Area?

It is highly probable that you are within our service area, which includes Chesterfield, Ballwin, Ellisville, Des Peres, Town and Country, Kirkwood, Webster, Frontenac, Ladue, Clayton, Olivette, the CWE, South City, and other nearby locations. You can either sign up or give us a call, and one of our representatives will gladly verify if we deliver to your area and provide you with the schedule.

What if I'm Not Home For The Delivery?

No bigs! Most of our customers are busy people and don't have time to wait around for us.

What Should I Put My Dirty Items In For Pick Up?

When placing your initial order, feel free to utilize any available garment bag, hamper, or even a trash bag. Our driver will take care of transferring your items to a customized PLEATS laundry bag and will provide you with another one for your next appointment.

How Early Do I Need To Have My Laundry Out?

We ask that you put your bag out by 8:00 am. That is when our drivers leave the store, typically arriving at their first stop shortly thereafter.

How Do I Pay / Am I Billed?

Customers shopping in-store may pay using either a check or credit card as a form of payment. When it comes to our delivery service, your credit card will be charged each time clean clothes are delivered to your location. We are pleased to accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.

What About Tough Stains, Will They Come Out?

In every case, we will do our best. Our stain specialists are very good, but in some cases, once a stain has set in (time and heat are the enemies here) and become part of the fabric, excessive removal efforts will only lead to color loss and fabric damage.
